
Refunds & Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyer’s Responsibility
When the return is due to a change of mind (i.e. the item isn't faulty or was incorrectly ordered), the buyer will need to pay for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case you receive an item that was defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, you are entitled to a free return and full refund as long as you are able to return the product in the original packaging and without any additional missing parts. You can contact us at info@cardynamics.co.uk to let us know about your issue. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to let us know of any damages your product has.
Exchanges and change of mind
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The standard delivery period detailed in the product description applies to this section.
Cancellation after ordering
You can cancel an order after ordering as long as the order has not been dispatched. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at at info@cardynamics.co.uk. If your order has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued immediately.
Please note: Cancellations may be subject to a non-refundable processing fee of 2% + £0.25 to cover payment processing costs. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If your order is in transit, you will have to request a return after receiving the item to receive your refund.
Order never arrived
If you order an item and it gets lost in transit, you are entitled to a full refund. You will need to provide us with all the necessary details, and after confirming that your order was never delivered, a full refund will be issued. In cases where the delivery company used marks the order as delivered but you never received your item, you will have to file a claim directly with them.
Late Delivery Refund
If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery date, you may request a 5% refund of your purchase. This refund can be issued either as a cash return to your original payment method or as a gift card for future purchases. To request this refund, please contact us at info@cardynamics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
